DMCA Policy
TechUAF respects intellectual property rights. Here's how to report copyright infringement.
TechUAF respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and contributors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), TechUAF will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and applicable law.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on TechUAF infringes your copyright, please send a written notification (DMCA Takedown Notice) to our designated DMCA agent at the contact information below. Your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., a specific URL)
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
2. DMCA Agent Contact

We will review all valid notices and respond within 3–5 business days. If we determine that the reported content infringes upon your copyright, we will promptly remove or disable access to it.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of applicable courts
4. Repeat Infringers
TechUAF maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
5. Good Faith
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. TechUAF reserves the right to seek damages from any party that submits a fraudulent DMCA notice.
6. Our Own Content
All original content created and published by TechUAF is our intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or republication of our content without explicit written permission is a violation of our rights and may be subject to legal action.
